Ananda is big joy. The word Ananda means ‘that joy without which the whole universe would fall apart.’ The Ananda Arthouse is a registered non-profit organization with a combined focus on the arts, leadership, and faith. Our desire is to inspire creativity and furnish opportunities for expression. The Arthouse provides a unique and dynamic meeting place where artists and audience can exchange gifts and leave with new ways of seeing the world. Our events are currently held at The Happy Nun Cafe.

Who we are: a group dedicated to enhancing the lives of lodge residents

What we do:
1) arrange for the sponsoring of individual residents with gifts on birthdays and at Christmas
2) provide the food for special occasion meals
3) host several monthly birthday parties including entertainment
4) purchase equipment to benefit resident care and enhance their environment. Recent examples: new griddle and roaster, upholstering torn chair seats, window blinds and curtains, a fall mat, hip protectors, a recliner chair
5) raise funds to facilitate our endeavours

Why we advertise: community support and participation is always welcome and most appreciated.  Come join us!
