Animal License:

All pets within the Town must be licensed yearly and pets should wear their current tag.  Completed forms and payment should be returned to the Town Office by February 28.

Building Permits:

The Town of Stoughton has an agreement with Professional Building Inspections, Inc who will provide all necessary plan reviews and inspections. PBI Forms are available to print below, should you have any inquiries you can contact their office at 306-536-1799. As of January 1, 2019, National Energy Codes must be followed during renovations and new construction.

 Any construction requires the following forms to be completed, and require council approval:

Cemetery Forms:

To apply for a Monument, Marker or Plaque or be placed in the Cemetery please complete the following form for council approval:  Monument form

 

Special Event Forms:

For all events held on Town property, a request must be sent to Town Council for a Special Event Permit.  Please also include the following forms: Special Event Insurance
