The theme of TD Children’s Book Week 2014 is

Read to Remember

and will commemorate the 100th anniversary of World War I in 2014.

-Books can help us to remember WWI, WWII and subsequent wars,
-Books can help us to honour those involved, and
-Books can help us to recognize that wars are still happening in other parts of the world today.
